Getting Started on Your Project

Make contact.

  • Contact us with a brief description of your project ideas, and the expected delivery date.
  • We’ll get back to you to discuss your ideas, select an appropriate package and options, and set up your free initial consultation.

Get organized.

  • Prior to meeting for the first time, gather your resources. The more organized, the better. Choose your resources carefully, as excessive photos or videos will lead to an inflated project price.
  • If your project needs to be in chronological order, please organize prior to your appointment. We think we're pretty good, but not good enough to figure out your timeline without assistance.
  • Think of some music you may want to include in your project. Take into consideration the overall mood of the piece. You may not want to use one of your favorite high-energy songs for a memorial piece. The tender love song may not be the best choice for your college years photomontage.

Time for your free consultation.

  • During your consultation, we’ll discuss your creative ideas and go over all your materials. This is your movie, and we want to bring your vision to life.
  • We’ll establish a general timeline with a follow-up meeting date to view your first proof.
  • Non-refundable deposit of 15% estimated project total is due to begin production. The deposit will be applied to your overall total.

Meet again to view your project.

  • We’ll show you the first proof of your DVD project – complete with interactive menu.
  • Forgot some photos? Thought of a different song? Be sure to bring anything you may have forgotten, or changes you would like to make to the follow-up meeting.
  • We’ll go over your potential changes, and make sure you’re completely happy with your DVD.

Receive your finished project.

  • Final changes will be made, and completed project will be delivered. Remaining project balance is due to receive your final piece.
